Idea for Decreasing NJ's Budget...
Don't send my uncle a jury summons. You know the uncle who DIED last April? Ya, him. Imagine the savings when you don't send stuff to dead people... the paper, printing, postage, and state employee wages. Maybe then you wouldn't have to sell major roadways to private corporations.

What's in a name?
Apparently, Keith L. Urban (Australian country singer/Mr. Nicole Kidman) is suing Keith D. Urban (Wayne, NJ artist) over the ownership of www.KeithUrban.com.
The lawsuit states Jersey Keith is misleading people into believing the Web site belongs to him and is selling merchandise as if it were produced or endorsed by him. "He accuses the painter of federal trademark infringement, dilution of a federally registered trademark, federal unfair competition and violation of the anti-cybersquatting consumer protection act and the Tennessee consumer protection act."
Um... check the site out. I doubt the "real" Keith Urban would have google ads on his website. Yes, it does mean that he does have AdSense and Amazon ads, but seriously do you think that he's making big bucks doing this? How many personal blogs/websites have this? Is the NJ Agriculture Dept going to sue me because I'm pretending to be the "real" Jersey tomato?
The only thing that the painter needs to add is a link to the musician's site, mention that he is not the famous KU and that lawsuit is in the trash. Have they even looked at the past case of Bruce Springsteen (the dotcom belongs to a tribute site)?
